About Our School
Little People's offers a Child Care Program which provides an introductory school experience and socialization for children ages 2-5. The children at our center are provided with a balanced curriculum, reading readiness, and mathematical preparation.
In addition, they enjoy many opportunities to play and experiment. We have a large fenced in outdoor play area where the children delight in games, science, building, and exercise. We also have an indoor gym where the children love to climb jump and create obstacle courses!
Little People’s Child Care Center is a full year learning center that provides consistent, loving childcare and are licensed by NYS Office of Children and Family Services. We strive to stay involved in the Patchogue-Medford Community and participate in fundraisers, donate our time to face paint at local events, participate in local parades, and donate to various scholarships and charities. Working with children has always been a passion of ours. It is a thrill to see them grow and learn. Many children that have passed through our center are now parents with children of their own and we have the pleasure of caring for and teaching a second generation.
We use the Procare app to send daily reports, pictures of your child’s day, and upcoming events and holidays.
Childhood should be seen as a STAGE of life not just as the anteroom to life. Hurrying children into adulthood violates the sanctity of life by giving one period priority over another. If we really value human life, we will value each period equally and give unto each stage of life what is appropriate to that stage.
We have caring certified educators and specialists in Early Childhood Education who are trained in CPR & First Aid for the safety of your child.
